一、变径/等径热管 Heat Pipe

2)      主要优势 Major advantages

a)      结构简单。单管热管配合集热管、铝翼形成了完整的集热、传热系统。

Simple structure: a heat collecting and conducting system could be formed just by aluminium swings, vacuum tube and a single heat pipe.

b)      传热效率高。变径后的冷凝端增加了散热面积,散热效率更快,传热效果更好。

High heat conducting efficiency: the diameter-altered cooling end is able to increase the heat loss area and heat conducting efficiency.

c)      传热工质(无机物)不衰减,寿命长。不产生不凝性气体,热管自身不爆裂。

No efficiency loss to heat transferring media, long service life: No cracks occur, because no non-condensate gas produced.

d)      适合高寒地区,能有效避免集热管炸管现象。

Suitable for areas with a rather low temperature, for cracks could be avoided.

2)      主要优势:Main advantages

a)      包容型的热管设计方式,使换热载体得以优化,换热面积大,传热效率高。       Female heat pipe design enables the heat transfer to be optimized with high heat transfer area and efficiency

b)      不易结垢。直通管的采用,不仅加大了换热面积,而且不易结垢。

Hard for incrustation: The adoption of straight pipe avoids the phenomenon of incrustation while enlarges the area of heat-exchanging.

c)       应用后的集热器整体性好,模块化设计,简单方便。

Modular design makes collector good integrated, simple and convenient.

d)       承压强,效率高。能实现严格意义的承压运行,目前市场联集工程基本不能实现真正的承压运行,且系统缺陷严重。

High efficiency and pressurization: this kind of tube is able to perform under pressurization, which the current collecting-connecting project can not.

e)       稳定强,寿命长。克服了普通分体结构以及其它热管结构系统复杂、故障率高、成本高、盘管结垢、运行不稳等诸多缺陷。

High stability, long service life:Some weakness of the ordinary fission structure is avoided, such as complicated structure, higher failure rate and cost, deposition in the twisting pipes, unstable performance etc.
